How to report of a fault

Tenant must report of a fault without a delay. Report all notices of defects, damages or inadequate matters in your apartment. Submit a fault report when you notice defects, not depending on the causes of these defects. 

• Report urgent matters by phone to your building’s service company.
  You can find the contact information from the building’s bulletin bord and Tenant Pages (if Tenant Pages are in use in your building). 
• Other defects can be reported with an online form 
  Submit a notice of defect form online.
